This package includes...

 

  • Initial meeting to learn about you and your wedding, explain our planning and coordination process and discuss all your fun details.

  • Unlimited phone & email communication from date of the contract.

  • Ideas, advice & guidance given on how to personalize your wedding and solidify your overall vision and design style.
  • Unlimited vendor referrals and etiquette advice from date of the contract.

  • Initial Walk-Through Meeting @ Venue to discuss logistics, flow & details

  • We scout rehearsal venues to fit your budget and style, then negotiate a contract with your venue of your choice. We design the entire event and select all related vendors.
  • Assistance with assembling programs, menus, favors, etc. to your specification.

  • We research nearby hotels and provide recommendations for guest lodging. We negotiate room rates and contract terms, then monitor guest bookings.

  • We research and negotiate contracts for guest transportation,  and manage the distribution of all out-of-town bags and/or welcome letters.

  • We create professional, realistic budget breakdowns with advice on where to cut and where to splurge. We update the budget on a regular basis & keep track of wedding-related payments, and payment deadlines.

  • We find the perfect vendors for you based on taste, budget, and personality…and then make sure that you get the right contract for your event. We negotiate with vendors to get the best deal possible, hash out the details, and review everything before it’s signed, then manage vendors for the duration of planning period so you don’t have to.

  • We love design! We create a custom, cohesive design concept and then carry it out in every aspect of your wedding, including help with all the fun little details that make your wedding truly special. We show you a one-of-a-kind inspiration board to show your vendors and guide the styling and decor for your event.

  • Research and shop for décor items as well as specialty vendors. Offering you access to our wholesale discounts. If you so choose, TASE will attend vendor meetings without you, in order to expedite the process.

  • We attend attire fittings, schedule spa appointments for the weekend of the wedding, and act as a trusted advisor for any special personal or family needs, should.
 

 Month-Of....

 

  • Follow up meetings 6-8 weeks prior to the wedding day to discuss all final wedding details

  • Creation of your Day-Of timeline, Items checklist, Contacts, Vendor arrival schedule, Wedding party schedule, Table layout, Ceremony order sheet, etc.

  • One meeting 4 weeks prior to the wedding day to do a final walk-through of the venue and discuss floor plan & flow of the day

  • Check-in with all Vendors & review their contractual obligations, handle any issues if arise.

  • Table mock-up, at the rental location, should you desire.
  • Ensure that proper etiquette, religious and cultural traditions and current wedding trends are observed.
  • Assistance with organizing any last minute tasks needing to be completed before the big day.
  • Contact family/wedding party to Provide (and review) wedding party and extended bridal party with their responsibilities and wedding day itinerary
  • Orchestrate the Ceremony Rehearsal and run through Personal Items Checklist

 

Day-Of...

 

  • Check on wedding parties early in the day, to ensure hair/makeup schedule is timely, as well as to be sure all vendors have begun their duties.

  • Manage ceremony, cocktail & reception room set-up, including placement of all personal items such as favors, centerpieces, place cards, candles, etc.

  • Coordinator and Assistant(s) to manage wedding day: On-Site @ Reception Venue for roughly 2-3 hours prior to start of Ceremony/Cocktail Hour/Reception until up to 1 hour afterward for breakdown.

  • Direct and cue all vendors, as well as distributing final payments & gratuities to vendors.

  • Help to distribute and pin-on flowers to all wedding party and extended family members.
  • Keep marriage license, ring box, and miscellaneous items for you and your bridal party.
  • Guest Liaison: direct guests to various locations, answer questions, etc.
  • Manage the Day’s Events: cue wedding party, maintain timeline, assist bride & groom, etc.
  • Handle all of the day’s logistics (flow, room space, design, décor, timing, etc).
  • Ensure all personal items are safely packed and returned to bride & groom. (We will manage specialty items, such as client supplied décor, to set up, and pack up. ((However, we are not responsible for lost or broken items))
  • Provide Wedding Emergency Kit to be prepared for anything.
  • Troubleshoot any emergencies or situations that may arise.
  • Be Your Team Leader + Assistant + “Go-To” for anything you need on your Big Day!
  • Detailed décor set up. We will set up any and all décor to include, candles, lighting, florals, etc.
