Initial meeting to learn about you and your wedding, explain our planning and coordination process and discuss all your fun details.

Unlimited phone & email communication from date of contract

Ideas, advice & guidance given via email on how to personalize your wedding and solidify your overall vision and design style

Assistance in procuring your vendors, and organizing needed vendors based on selected venue.

Vendor referrals (with preferred options) and etiquette advice from date of the contract.

Initial Walk-Through Meeting @ Venue to discuss logistics, flow & details.

Assistance in securing personal or group transportation arrangements as well as any additional specialty vendor arrangements.

We provide an overall timeline as well as a personalized budget percentage breakdown for the process of wedding planning, to keep you on track.

I will make myself available as a vendor liaison for you, if you chose to want accompaniment to vendor meetings, limited to 3.

Additional meetings as necessary, to solidify your vision and details (limited to 3)
~Month Of ~

One meeting 6-8 weeks prior to the wedding day to discuss all final wedding details.

Creation of your Day-Of timeline, Items checklist, Contacts, Vendor arrival schedule, Wedding party schedule, Table layout, Ceremony order sheet, etc.

Work with vendors to coordinate their walkthrough, should they need.

One meeting 3-5 weeks prior to the wedding day to do a final walk-through of the venue and discuss floor plan & flow of the day.

Continue to check-in with all Vendors & review their contractual obligations, handle any issues if arise.

Orchestrate the Ceremony Rehearsal and run through Personal Items Checklist.
-
Ensure that proper etiquette, religious and cultural traditions and current wedding trends are observed.

Create a personalized and detailed timeline of your wedding day and ensure that every vendor has a copy.

Contact family/wedding party to Provide (and review) wedding party and extended bridal party with their responsibilities and wedding day itinerary
~Day Of ~

We will manage specialty items, such as client supplied décor, to set up, and pack up. (However, we are not responsible for lost or broken items)
-
Detailed décor set up. We will set up any and all décor to include, candles, lighting, florals, etc.

Be Your Team Leader + Assistant + “Go-To” for anything you need on your Big Day!
-
Troubleshoot any emergencies or situations that may arise.
-
Provide Wedding Emergency Kit to be prepared for anything.
-
Ensure all personal items are safely packed and returned to bride & groom.
-
Handle all of the day’s logistics (flow, room space, design, décor, timing, etc).
-
Manage the Day’s Events: cue wedding party, maintain the timeline, assist bride & groom, etc.
-
Guest Liaison: direct guests to various locations, answer questions, etc.
-
Keep marriage license, ring box, and miscellaneous items for you and your bridal party.
-
Help to distribute and pin-on flowers to all wedding party and extended family members.

Direct and cue all vendors, as well as distributing final payments & gratuities to vendors.

Coordinator and Assistant(s) to manage wedding day: On-Site @ Reception Venue for roughly 2-3 hours prior to start of Ceremony/Cocktail Hour/Reception until up to 1 hour afterward for breakdown.

Manage ceremony, cocktail & reception room set-up, including placement of all personal items such as favors, centerpieces, place cards, candles, etc.

Check on wedding parties early in the day, to ensure hair/makeup schedule is timely, as well as to be sure all vendors have begun their duties.
